Brisa takes 30 pct stake in Dutch electronic motorway toll venture

LISBON (Thomson Financial) - Brisa Autoestradas de Portugal SA said its Brisa International division has taken a 30 pct stake in a new venture to install electronic charging systems on toll motorways in the Netherlands called Movenience.

In a statement, Brisa said Westerschelde Tunnel holds 60 pct of the venture while Nedmobiel controls the remaining 10 pct, but did not provide any financial details of the deal.
