MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Iberia Lineas Aereas de Espana SA will de-list by the end of the year if a bid for the Spanish flag ship by British Airways PLC and private equity partners is successful, La Gaceta de los Negocios reported, without citing sources.The move to de-list Iberia would imply that the private equity groups would remain as Iberia shareholders for a longer period of time, the newspaper noted.The BA consortium could make a bid for the airline as soon as this week, analysts have said.tfn.europemadrid@thomson.comccs/tr/rfwCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
