DS Norden proposes share capital reduction

COPENHAGEN (Thomson Financial) - Danish shipping transport group DS Norden AS said its board of directors has proposed a share-capital reduction of a nominal 1,475,000 dkr through the cancellation of 1,475,000 treasury shares.

The proposal was adopted at an extraordinary general meeting, but due to insufficient capital representation, final approval will be given at a second meeting to be convened later, the group added.
