SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Software company Selectica Inc. said Friday it received another delisting notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market for failing to file its quarterly report on time.The company said it received the notice Feb. 15 that it did not file Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending Dec. 31, 2006, on time with the Securities and Exchange Commission.The company said it has now delayed filing two reports, including a Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending Sept. 30, because it began a voluntary investigation over the possible backdating of stock-option grants. That review, which began in October, will date back to 2000.The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel held a hearing Jan. 18 regarding the initial delinquent filing.On Feb. 8, the panel notified the company it has set a May 9 deadline for the company to file Form 10-Q for the quarter that ended Sept. 30, any required restatements and other compliance requirements.The panel also said it wanted communication about the results of the company's investigation into the stock option granting practices.The company's stock continues to be listed on the Nasdaq.Shares of Selectica dipped 2 cents to close at $2.03.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
