First Potomac to pay 34 cent dividend

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) - First Potomac Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust focusing on industrial and office properties, said Tuesday it will pay a 34 cent dividend for the first quarter of 2007.

The trust said it will pay the dividend May 10 to shareholders of record as of April 30.
