LONDON (Thomson Financial) - US healthcare benefits company Aetna Inc said it will buy Schaller Anderson Inc, a private company that provides healthcare management services for Medicaid plans, for about 535 mln usd.Aetna said it expects the deal, which should complete in the third quarter, to be earnings accretive during 2008, adding the acquisition will be financed with available resources.Schaller Anderson also manages commercial self-funded health plans andbehavioral health services in select markets, Aetna said.tf.TFN-Europe_newsdesk@thomson.comwjCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
