Amer Sports says Franklin Resources Inc's stake in it reaches 5.09 pct

HELSINKI (AFX) - Amer Sports said 5.09 pct of its share capital and voting rights are held by an affiliated investment adviser of Franklin Resources Inc., through mutual funds and separate accounts.

Franklin Resources, a US global investment management firm, previously held 4.99 pct of Amer Sport's share capital, according to information released by the Finnish group on March 2 last year.
