S&P: Kansas City Southern on CreditWatch

ArvinMeritor 1Q earnings fall 79 percent

TROY, Mich. (AFX) - Automobile parts supplier ArvinMeritor Inc. on Tuesday

said its fiscal first-quarter profit tumbled 79 percent, as it restructures its

business amid production cuts by domestic automakers.
