Citizens Communications sets dividend

STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) - Citizens Communications Co., which provides phone and Internet services in rural areas, said Tuesday its next regular quarterly cash dividend of 25 cents per share will be paid on March 30 to shareholders of record at March 9.
