LATHAM, N.Y. (AP) - Stationary fuel cell maker Plug Power Inc., said Wednesday it is negotiating to buy General Hydrogen Corp., a Canadian developer of hydrogen fuel cell power packs.The power packs are for use as battery replacement technology for electric lift trucks and other industrial vehicles.Plug Power said discussions are ongoing but might not result in a deal.Plug Power shares closed down 5 cents at $3.21 on the Nasdaq Stock Market.Copyright 2007 Associated Press.
