MADRID (Thomson Financial) - Sacyr Vallehermoso SA has filed a takeover bid for rival Eiffage with French regulator AMF, sources told Agence France Presse.Trading in Sacyr shares was suspended ahead of an announcement by the Spanish constructor, it said.Sacyr currently holds 33.2 pct of Eiffage, just short of the threshold to force a full bid, according to the AMF.tfn.europemadrid@thomson.comped/jmsCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
