FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Versatel AG said the price range for its IPO, scheduled for April 27, will be between 29 eur and 36 eur a share.The German telecommunications company aims to sell up to 28.577 mln shares, of which as many as 14 mln will come from a capital increase.The company is selling as many as 10.85 mln existing shares, with an over-allotment option of up to 3.727 mln shares.The subscription period will run from April 20 until April 26.German media reported that Versatel's IPO could become the largest in Germany in two years.Apax bought the German operations of Dutch-listed Versatel Telekom International NV from Swedish owner Tele2 in October 2005.
