CompuGROUP CEO's family to keep majority stake following IPO

FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - CompuGROUP Holding AG's chief executive

Frank Gotthardt aims to control jointly with his wife and a family friend a

majority stake in the company following a planned initial public offering this

year, according to Boersen-Zeitung.

Yara Q1 up yr-on-yr, but EBITDA, pretax below forecasts on higher costs

OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Yara International ASA posted first-quarter

figures well ahead year-on-year, but profits at both the operating and pretax

levels fell slightly below market forecasts on higher operating costs and

expenses.

Yara to establish 50:50 jv with Kribhco of India for fertiliser production

OSLO (Thomson Financial) - Yara International ASA said it has signed a heads

of agreement with Kribhco of India with the intention of establishing a 50:50

joint venture for the production and marketing of mineral fertiliser.

China's Simcere Pharmaceutical Group sets IPO price at 14.50 per ADS

BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - Simcere Pharmaceutical Group, a manufacturer and

supplier of branded generic pharmaceuticals in China, said that it has set its

IPO price at 14.50 usd per American Depositary Shares (ADSs).
