Orco acquires Poland's Ozarow business centre |

PARIS (Thomson Financial) - Orco Property Group said its Orco Endurance Fund has acquired the banpruptcy estate vehicle owning the Ozarow Business Centre in Poland for an undisclosed amount.The sale was carried out by the Polish Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets team acting on behalf of the trustee and creditors' council, comprising Raiffeisen Bank and Lehman Brothers, Orco said.OBC is a warehouse and distribution centre of around 35,300 square metres.
