NEW YORK (AP) - An executive vice president of computer and server maker Hewlett Packard Co. sold 40,000 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Ann M. Livermore reported she sold the shares on Wednesday for $45.75 to $45.88 apiece.Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares.
