OMV raises stake in MOL to 18.6 pct

VIENNA (Thomson Financial) - OMV AG said that it has raised its stake in Hungary's MOL Nyrt to 18.6 pct.

The Austrian oil and gas company said it has acquired an additional 8.6 pct of MOL's issued share capital in block purchases totaling around 1 bln eur.
