NEW YORK (AFX) - E-Trade Financial Corp., one of the top U.S. discount brokerages, on Wednesday was named as a component of the Nasdaq Financial 100 index.The New York-based company, which has a market value of about $10 billion, re-listed on the Nasdaq in December. E-Trade defected from the Nasdaq to list on the New York Stock Exchange before switching back.E-Trade replaced Charter Financial Corp. in the index.
