OMX makes 100 mln skr capital gain on sale of Orc Software shares

STOCKHOLM (Thomson Financial) - OMX AB said it has sold 650,000 shares in Orc Software AB, making a 100 mln skr capital gain, which will be included in the second quarter results.

Following the divestment, OMX owns 3.838 mln shares in Orc Software, corresponding to slightly more than 25 pct of its share capital.
