Budapest shares close lower, led by MOL

BUDAPEST (Thomson Financial) - Budapest shares closed down as MOL and Richter corrected from strong gains in previous sessions and interest in other stocks was muted, dealers said.

The BUX index closed down 0.54 pct at 25,518.96 points. The Hungarian forint was down as the euro rose 0.26 pct to 245.96 forints.
