OSLO (Thomson Financial) - EDB Business Partner ASA said it has received confirmation that its acquisition of Swedish card processing firm, Centralen for Elektroniska Korttransaktioner AB (CEKAB) has been approved by Konkurrensverket, the country's competition authority.EDB said the deal will now be included in its accounts, with effect from the beginning of April 2007.The acquisition of CEKAB, which was previously jointly owned by Swedbank AB, Nordea AB, Svenska Handelsbanken AB and Danske Bank A/S, was announced at the end of February.alastair.reed@thomson.comar/cmrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
