voestalpine to publish Boehler-Uddeholm takeover offer tomorrow, ahead of plan

VIENNA (Thomson Financial) - Austrian steel company voestalpine AG said it will publish its takeover offer for Boehler-Uddholm tomorrow.

The acceptance period for the offer ends on May 24 and is 19 Austrian trading days or 20 full American working days, voestalpine said.
