PARIS (AFX) - French budget minister Jean-Francois Cope trimmed his estimate of the 2006 budget deficit to around 37-38 bln eur, noting it would probably be closer to 38 bln, from an estimate he made Jan 3 of 38-39 bln.He made today's comment on France Info radio.France's initial budget forecast for 2006 was for a deficit of 46.9 bln eur.
