BOSTON (AFX) - Real estate investment trust Boston Properties Inc. said Thursday that participants in the company's $750 million senior note offering have decided to purchase an additional $112.5 million shares, under an over-allotment option.The company currently expects net proceeds of the offering to total $840 million.Shares of Boston Properties Inc. fell $2.09 to $124 in after-hours trading Thursday, following an earlier close at $126.09 on New York Stock Exchange.Copyright 2006 Associated Press.
