TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - The average spot prices of 512 megabit (Mb) Double Data Rate synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR2 DRAM) chips were lower in the morning session compared to the previous day's close, DRAMeXchange statistics showed.The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 533MHz DDR2 DRAMs was down 0.39 pct at 5.00 usd and the average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 667MHz DDR2 DRAMs was down 0.58 pct at 5.06 usd.The prices of 256Mb, 32Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs were down 0.43 pct from the previous trading day at 2.31usd apiece and that of 256Mb, 16Mx16, 400MHz DDR DRAMs were down 0.86 pct at 2.30 usd, it said.The average spot price of 512Mb, 64Mx8, 400MHz DDR DRAMs was down 0.24 pct at 4.04 usd.adela.lin@afxasia.com
