FRANKFURT (Thomson Financial) - Celesio AG said it has agreed to buy a 90 pct stake of WWMW e-commerce international GmbH, the holding company of Dutch online pharmacy operator DocMorris for an undisclosed sum.DocMorris's management will hold the remaining 10 pct of shares.The deal is subject to regulatory approval.maria.sheahan@thomson.commas/jrCOPYRIGHTCopyright AFX News Limited 2007.
