Banco Sabadell could close buy of Florida bank today - report

MADRID (AFX) - Banco Sabadell SA could today or tomorrow finalise the acquisition of a bank in Florida, Cinco Dias reported, citing unnamed financial sources in Miami.

The price will be maximum 200 mln eur, the newspaper said, noting that the Catalan bank should be able to finance the deal without increasing capital, using the funds raised from the recent sale of its landscape property arm.
