(1888PressRelease) June 28, 2009 - Biz2Credit (http://www.biz2credit.com) today announced the launch of a service to help small business owners in the tri-state area locate and access business loans and information.

The Biz2Credit system analyzes the creditworthiness and capital structure of a business and matches it to available business credit products.

"Even in a good economy small business owners lack the resources to stay up-to-date on and compare their business loan options," said Ramit Arora, President of Biz2Credit. "The recession has added volatility in the commercial loan market and businesses don't know how to access capital. We're bridging that knowledge gap."

Biz2Credit's system ranks business credit options based on the entrepreneur's financing priorities. Financial products include startup business loans, working capital term loans and lines of credit, business acquisition financing, commercial loans and equipment or inventory financing. Currently, over 20 local and regional banks throughout the tri-state have posted business loans on Biz2Credit.

"Small businesses are the backbone of the country and they act as the very foundation to which the US economy was built," said Stephen Guidette, Senior Vice President of Business Banking for The Provident Bank. "Provident Bank is happy to continue to support the region's entrepreneurs with their full service banking needs. We were one of the NJ Bank's that did not take any government TARP money and we are still stable, able and lending commercial loans."

Small businesses can register for free on Biz2Credit.com to receive business loan options and contact lenders. Business owners will receive updates as business credit products that fit their financing priorities are introduced to the network.

"The system surrounds the entrepreneur with easy-to-use tools to help them select a business credit option and directly collaborate with lenders," said Katie Kapler, director of online strategy for Biz2Credit. "In a market that's been notorious for obscurity, we're adding transparency for both business borrowers and lenders."
