Isatong and Blackhawk Partners sign an Engagement Agreement to Fund USA and Afri by Isatong

















Isatong, a Technology Consulting and Information Systems Distribution Company, is excited to announce that it has signed an engagement agreement with Blackhawk Partners today.  Under the agreement, Blackhawk Partners, Inc will obtain debt and/or equity financing  for Isatong USA and African Operations. Blackhawk Partners, Inc. will also represent Isatong as exclusive financial advisor.
