Swedbank announces new appointments in Human Resource

(1888PressRelease) February 25, 2010 - Katarina Berg has extensive experience in HR and leadership development and has held a number of top positions including HR Director at Kanal 5 and at Preem. She was awarded Head of Human Resources of the year 2006.



Lennart Hedström has been appointed Head of Group HR Operations. Lennart Hedström most recently served as Deputy HR Director at Posten. His broad experience includes executive positions at Telia, Empower/Right Management and Pfizer.



Swedbank has also contracted Andreas Lauritzen as Head of Group Compensation & Benefits on a consultancy basis. Andreas Lauritzén is the founder of Novare Compensation and has a great experience in implementing and developing sustainable incentive systems. He has also experience from Watson Wyatt in Hong Kong and Stockholm where he held a position as an advisor.
