New York, NY (1888PressRelease)
November 20, 2009 - TradingMarkets.com today announced the release of a new update of its widely acclaimed ETF rating service named ETF PowerRatings - the only ETF fund service providing entry and exit signals that have been proven nearly 80% correct. The rating tool targets the ETF fund category which currently involves nearly 770 ETFs and $665 billion in assets. And, the ETF fund day trading volume of $70 billion is projected to continue its current double-digit growth.
To help ETF fund traders better track and manage their positions, ETF PowerRatings released a new tool for building and managing ETF portfolios.
"Based on input from customers who use ETF PowerRatings, we rolled out a more intuitive portfolio-building interface that now includes simple checkboxes to select ETF funds, a button to add selections to a portfolio, plus a means to easily name each portfolio for quick monitoring and tracking,” said Larry Connors, CEO for The Connors Group. "We’re dedicated to providing the best high-probability ETF fund trading tools to our customers in order to help them trade more successfully.”
ETF PowerRatings is a proprietary ETF fund rating method which ranks ETF funds on a scale of 1-10. The higher the rating, the greater the one-week historical gain has been for ETF funds with that rating. The rating is based on the strength or weakness of a particular ETF fund. This rating system helps traders and investors anticipate their ETF fund trading picks over the next 1-5 trading days.
Below is a sample of some of November’s winning trade set-ups that received an ETF PowerRatings of 10 (the highest). These ratings were shared with customers prior to the ETF funds moving up.
iShares Dow Jones Transport. Avg. (IYT) – up 5.4% in 1 day
iShares S&P GSTI Semiconductors (IGW) – up 3.8% in 2 days
Utility Select Sector SPDR (XLU) – up 2.2 % in 3 days
iShares Russell Microcap Index (IWC) – up 3.2% in 3 days
ETF fund traders who join receive a 7-day free trial to preview ETF PowerRatings so they can test it within their own ETF trading strategy.
