London event to bring business owners together for two days of practical AI training
A new two-day event focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in business is set to take place in London this September, bringing together online business owners, founders and agency leaders.
AI Business Live will be held on 14 and 15 September 2026 at the Hilton in Wembley, with organisers expecting up to 300 attendees.
The event has been created by AI specialists Carly Meyers, founder of Made For More AI, and AI business consultant Arin Darcan. It is aimed at business owners who are exploring the potential of AI but have yet to fully integrate the technology into their day-to-day operations.

Unlike traditional business conferences, the organisers say the event will combine presentations with practical workshops designed to help attendees develop and implement AI systems during the two-day programme.
The first day will focus on presentations and discussions from entrepreneurs and business specialists. Speakers confirmed so far include Daniel Priestley, co-founder of ScoreApp and Dent Global and author of several business books, alongside marketing and sales expert Jon Penberthy, entrepreneur and YouTuber Jason Graystone, and the event’s co-creators Meyers and Darcan.
The second day will move away from the main-stage format and focus on practical implementation. Attendees will take part in workshops aimed at helping them build AI tools and systems tailored to their own businesses.
Each of the confirmed speakers is expected to deliver a presentation on the first day before leading a practical workshop on the second.
The organisers say the event is intended to address a growing gap between awareness of AI and its actual adoption by smaller businesses and entrepreneurs. While AI tools have become increasingly accessible, many business owners remain uncertain about how to introduce them effectively into areas such as marketing, sales, customer service and administration.
Meyers said the event had been designed to put implementation at the centre of the programme.
“There are lots of AI events right now, but most of them are just talks about talks,” she said. “We built this event around one rule. If you have not implemented something real by the time you walk out, we have not done our job.”
She added that the second day would give attendees the opportunity to work directly on their own businesses, with laptops and AI tools being used during the workshops.
Darcan said the event would provide an opportunity for business owners to learn from experienced entrepreneurs and AI specialists while working on practical applications of the technology.
The programme is expected to attract a mix of solo founders, course creators, consultants, agency owners and other online business operators. The organisers have set a maximum capacity of 300 attendees, making the event relatively small compared with larger technology and business conferences.
Networking will also form part of the programme, with opportunities for attendees to connect throughout both days. A limited Super VIP package will include a private dinner with speakers and curated introductions, although only 15 places are available in that category.
Further speakers are expected to be announced ahead of the event. Confirmed partners currently include GoHighLevel and ScoreApp.
Tickets are currently available, with early-bird pricing being offered ahead of the September event.
The event comes as businesses across the UK continue to assess how generative AI and automation can be incorporated into existing operations. For smaller businesses in particular, the challenge is increasingly shifting from understanding what AI can do to identifying where it can deliver measurable benefits and putting suitable systems into practice.
AI Business Live is expected to place that practical question at the centre of its two-day programme, with the organisers positioning implementation rather than discussion as the main focus of the event.
