The penny-pinching gurus from PromotionalCodes.org.uk have put together a list of ways you can enjoy 14^th Feburary with your loved one without breaking the bank.

They recommend organising fun things to do at home, like a home-spa day for yourself and your lover, or a stay-at-home cocktail night.

3. Home-cinema
